The Momence app makes it very easy for you to manage your Momence account, book into your hosts' classes and events, watch their on-demand content, and keep in touch with the hosts that you are following. You can easily message your hosts if you have a question or want to share something with them. You can also follow their public feed to see any announcements they make, promos they run, or content they share. You can book into events and classes and watch on-demand videos within the app as well.

I like this APP

I can keep track of everything I need to keep going to workout classes. This app is brilliant

DO NOT TRUST THIS APP

I used this app to book some basic Pilates lessons. After booking I got an email saying I was booked on an intermediate lesson which was not appropriate given I have never done Pilates before. Then when I checked on the app it now said I am booked on Advanced lesson! The flakiness of the app shouldn’t have been a problem if I could contact someone to get it corrected BUT there is no way of contacting anyone to discuss the class or any issues with the app - no “contact us” form, no phone number and no email address. I went in to down to earth to try to sort this out and they refused to believe this had happened, although after I showed them the confirmation stating “intermediate” and booking showing “advanced” I think they realised something had gone wrong. I have not had a refund and basically £80 down. Avoid this app at all costs!

Not intuitive for end users

I use this app to book and participate in online yoga classes. The app only allows users to book single sessions from what I can see.. would love to know how to book recurring sessions for the month rather than having to select individual days. Also the app view is stuck in portrait mode and doesn’t switch to landscape when used on an iPad. I use this app because I have to, I wouldn’t out of choice.
