Mobvoi application connects Mobvoi devices (including TicWatch, TicPods, TicBand, TicLife smart plug, etc) to your mobile phone. It manages devices, extends functions, synchronizes activity data and provides additional visualization and analysis.

Tic Pods pro 2

Had a few difficulties with buds discharging in the case rather than charging company have been first class and exchanged my product just took some time to receive my new ones I hope they are ok now as the sound from them is awesome.
As this company grows folks should show some patience.
Sound is 5 star customer service has been 5 star to me but waiting time has been longer than should be so 2 stars for waiting.

Pairing impossible.

Watch is on the money for what it does. Model Tic GTH CXB02.
This app though is impossible to get to sync. It links well enough over blue tooth but data does not register. App integrates with health and other iPhone systems but date is not transferred despite all the messages of success generated inside the app. It stops this from being a useful health monitor.
Tried various reloads, restarts, reinstalls but stubbornly refuses to engage.
Watch itself is not detailed enough to get job done so app and integration in my health records is really required to allow full understanding of the data.
Seems best in class for battery performance so would be a real shame to have to give it up.

Yes watch data is not uploaded to app.
App registers as connected and synced but no data appears against any of the measures.
Watch face can be changed and watch delivers the alerts from services etc.
No data means I can’t register any info with my health data in apple either.
It is using latest Est version of watch software and edition of app.

Connection problem with ticwatch pro 3 sorted

Revising my earlier review where the app could not pair with my new Ticwatch Pro 3.
It is now paired, much have been some strange glitch :)
The watch is absolutely brilliant. Not sure about the app yet :) Of course you do not need this app to use the watch with iphone :)
