Milton Keynes City Council is starting their new Recycling scheme from September 4th. With different bins to leave out each week, use this handy app to get a reminder the night before, and ensure you leave the right bins out. You can also find out what can go in each bin, as well as set a reminder for your collection day and area

Good
It’s good, but many of the estates have the wrong day on them. I’ve tried to contact the team on the link here as well as the email address, but it looks like the link doesn’t work and the email address doesn’t exist. So that’s why I’m leaving this review. Fix all the days and I’d give 5 stars :)
You can’t trust the bin information 🤷🏻♂️
This app tells you which bins to put out in Milton Keynes, but it has been wrong on several occasions including Christmas 2024 collections and there is no way of contacting the app designer to get him to correct the mistakes as he can’t be contacted on X unless you are a verified user.
The app tells you which bins to put out at 6pm on the Sunday but there is no option to change when you get this notification and we always start getting our bins ready earlier.
The app is a great idea, but, with an app like this, you have to be correct 100% of the time or you immediately lose trust in it. It is better not to have an app like this than to have one that tells you to put the wrong bin out !
Amazing
In my humble opinion this is one of the most helpful and useful apps ever. Since the mk council decided to make life more challenging this app has helped me gain control of what bins go out when, making my life that bit less stressful.
