A built-in heart rate sensor tracks your heart rate (please make sure your device has a built-in Heart Rate Sensor)
Powered with multi-sport functionality, our sport smartwatch lets you choose from a series of activity types such as running, biking, walking, hiking, trail run etc…

No reply from help desk to use my new smart watch

I downloaded this app because I have the watch but for some reason ever time I click in to the app it keeps jumping out please help me
Not working??
App does not work. Spent £28 on a fit bit and unfortunately can’t use it properly due to the app not working
