MIPC is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with cloud camera. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.
Main function:
Support mobile real-time video surveillance;
Real Time HD video viewing;
Remote PTZ control, operate on the camera direction rotation through the touch screen;
Support remote intelligent video recording, video real-time notification and playback;
Support real-time intercom, video electronic amplification and other functions;
Real time alarm and information push. When the environment is detected, the client will receive the alert information immediately.

MIPC Automatic Subscription Service Description
1. Subscription Cycle
Continuous monthly service, a monthly deduction
2. Subscription Price
1 cam for 30 days loop record , monthly price is $ 6.99
2 cams for 30 days loop record , monthly price is $ 11.99
4 cams for 30 days loop record , monthly price is $ 20.99
3. Payment Method
For accounts that purchase automatic subscriptions, the cost of the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration. After the deduction is successful, the service time will be extended by one subscription period.
4. Cancel Automatic Subscription
If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually go the phone "Settings" -->Enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-->Click "Apple ID"-->Select "View Apple ID"-->Enter "Account Settings" -->Click "Subscribe", and then select MIPC subscription service to cancel the automatic subscription. If you do not close the subscription 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you will be deemed to agree to continue to authorize, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

App constantly crashes

The latest update has made this app almost unusable. It will crash if I reopen it basically. There are also connection issues at times between the camera and the app, despite everything being fine with the internet connection.

I also noticed that the HD option was changed a while back too - the camera supposedly works at 1080p and the app gave the option of viewing in the same resolution. However, this suddenly disappeared and now only 720p is available with no explanation.

When the app works, the camera view is great but it’s a shame that the app is so bad. Please fix the crashes!

Ok but could be better

Would love to see a better way of scrubbing through the video. You can get a tiny preview if you pull the scroll bar but it’s too small to be useful and is hard to navigate. I’ve got this set up to record 24/7 so some way to quickly find the bit that interests me would be fantastic. The screenshots are good but again it would be good if you could quickly fix through all of the images to help locate items of interest.

Downloading videos and photos from the app is hit and miss. It’s also very slow.

** I’ve tried to save videos onto the iPhone camera feed and it fails every time. It asks for iPhone permissions, but even though these are fully granted it still will not safe the videos. Renders the SD card function next to useless as a result. **

Cloud storage not working

UPDATE
The way I resolved the problem with cloud recordings was to unplug the camera and then reconnect. Recorded clips are now being stored in the cloud. The developer has suggested it might of been a problem with the sound. I don’t know if that’s the case but it was nice that someone responded to my post. I have amended my rating from two stars to 4 stars

Does anyone else have this problem? I’ve just purchased a basic subscription and I’m not seeing any recordings in the ‘cloud‘. There does not seem to be any way to contact the developer. Has anyone had any success in operating cloud storage? Does anyone have contact details of the developer?
