- Entrance Floor: where the ambulance stops; a patient registers in the reception room; the emergency room is equipped with varieties of medical apparatus and instruments for diagnosis; anyone can buy a bunch of flowers in the flower shop for his or her visit to a patient.
- General Departments & General Nursing Floor: where Gastroenterology Department, Ophthalmology Department, Dental Department and general consulting rooms are located, which are equipped with more specialized diagnosis tools.

You only have a reception and one room and just an ambulance. All of the other things are locked like I have two characters only all of them you have to unlock for every single thing for 4 pound. You can still get it if you want because I like it just remove how you have to pay for characters and different areas.
Ugh
This game is rubbish. It has so much potential yet not everyone is able to pay lots of money for the other parts. Only having one floor makes the game dull and repetitive for people who haven’t bought anything. There should at least be one more floor for the non - payers. I have read some other reviews and it seems that the customer service is rubbish which makes me even more angry. This game is a waste of time unless you make it more worth while.
There are other games eg. Toca life world which you stil, have to pay for parts of but they give you many places to explore making the game fun and interesting. Also it is very nicely designed and attracts to younger people.
If you add a few more places for free then I and others would like it a lot more.

Hi, don’t download this game if you don’t wanna spend money, at start you only have the hospital (😡 it’s not good, It’s basically front desk and emergency room plus cafeteria) so I looked at other rooms because I was bored ALL LOCKED! I would like producers to at least make the ward free, then I might consider starting playing again! Sorry if you disagree, but this my respond to the game! 2 stars for this game!!!! I will consider more if you make more things free, you only get the first floor!!!! I understand that you need money to continue the game but pls at least the ward! When you finally add this I WILL give a better rating (mabey new review if it’s good) also I love Miga baby’s so pls make that free!!! That all thanks, byeee🤗
