The Mitel® MiCollab® Mobile Client 9.6 requires MiCollab Server 9.6 or newer.
MiCollab is a mobile first application, designed from the ground up for your iPhone, making it easier for employees to talk, chat, meet and share information from anyplace, at any time.
Having communications and team collaboration in a single application, MiCollab extends your office communications to any location enabling you to make phone calls, search your corporate directory, chat with colleagues, check corporate voicemail, collaborate on team-based projects, and more, directly from your iPhone.
Increase the ease of sharing information and speed of decision making within your organization by using the MiCollab Mobile client.
The MiCollab Mobile client lets you:
• Create a list of favorite contacts, speed dial numbers, and websites you can access in a flash
• Search corporate contacts, see who is available, and choose how to contact them using voice, IM, point-to-point video, or email
• Receive, place, and hand-off voice calls to/from the MiCollab Mobile client SIP Softphone over Wi-Fi® or 4G/5G networks
• View your incoming, outgoing and missed call history for your office extension
• Access visual voicemail for your office extension and manage messages by preference rather than by sequence
• Manage and automatically update your status and call-routing preferences based on your location or time of day

August update - re-register
App has been inconsistent for years. But at least can now answer while locked.
Sometimes the app has to be fully removed and re added, as phone calls just pop up as missed calls and can’t be answered via the app.
However the August update has added an annoying a regular re-register phone call. This appears a one ring phone call (on screen,
Ringer/vibrate and in the call log).
Is this going to be fixed?
Just the worst
My company uses this and it’s the worst phone system I’ve ever used.
App hasn’t worked for me for 6+ months. It won’t let me log in. Or just sits on load for ages.
In the office and at home it constantly has issues. If I dial out on the soft phone there’s no sound, it won’t go through my work phone. All calls need to be forwarded to my mobile.
Apparently we’re stuck in the contract for some years but don’t use it!!!!!
Ridiculous
Absolute mess. Not ringing, asking for headphone to be added to call. So you do and still can’t hear the client. Use wifi, use data nothing! Please fix it this is my work and I don’t understand how it can work for months then break. Calls stuck and won’t end. Constant issues.
