It’s the new year now, can we have the Santa hat removed off the app icon please 🤣

Disappointing

This should be a simple app with limited functionality and it is when it works.
Deadlock function works intermittently and sometimes takes 12 plus attempts to get it to work, even worse is trying to get the car into service mode. Most importantly you can’t trust it 100% because sometimes it relays false information about the deadlock being activated when it actually isn’t.
This may of course be down to a faulty unit in the car but that again is from Meta.
The most infuriating thing is when trying to check the history (to check you’ve had a response from the car that the command is accepted) this is often frozen and needs the app to be reset. All of this adds valuable minutes when you are in a hurry.
Customer support is good but I’m not happy with the tracker/deadlock system at all and might have it removed and replaced with a different brand when the subscription is due.
Such a shame Meta.

Finding traffic information.

Useful additions, such as street view of location, but I have found the overlay of traffic conditions on the map useful when using the older app. Not found that feature on MetaTrak Plus. Is it still available and if so how is it accessed?
