Forced to use it by contractor, not accurate, claimed I had driven more miles than my vans trip computer, drains battery, the phone I use for deliveries used to last the whole day and the journey home without needing charged & now barely lasts about 2 thirds of my route(this means I then need to use my back up device that I have in case my work device gets damaged) you’re score will be penalised for carrying out an emergency stop, penalised for accelerating when joining national speed limit single carriageway roads from side roads, penalised for legally using your phone via the vehicles handsfree Bluetooth technology, took a photo of my licence plate for the mandatory vehicle check(unnecessary if you aren’t using a fleet van IMO) and it read PeterVardy(the company I bought my van from) instead of the actual registration plate. Most days it seems to miss the plate even though it’s smack bang in the middle of the square. Tried watching one of the “training” orientation videos, painful to say the least, gave up. Honestly, this app is a total waste of my time and the only reason it’s remained downloaded on any device I own is so that I am not put “off-road” and lose out on income from my contractor.

Completely unrealistic and inaccurate. You can roll around at 20 miles an hour all day on a quiet housing estate and it will still mark you down. Even if you drive well, you can still get marked down…. There are so so many flaws with this app but customer service ignores you. And even if you provide feedback and they side with you they still don’t reinstate points. As others have said, forced to use for work, companies blindly tout it as the best thing since sliced bread, and use the scores against you, I do have a near max score but if someone pulls out on you for example and you ‘brake harshly’ you get a huge amount of points deducted. They’ll just tell

Marking me down for a missed call as “call received”. So basically you’re trapped no matter what you do. You get a call? You will get marked down even if you don’t answer it. I’m surprised these half-witted “developers” haven’t been hit with a lawsuit yet considering all the other issues this waste of storage space has, but this is new, and they just took the helicopter parenting to a whole new level.

They’re just playing with people’s livelihood like it’s a game and support staff just keeps giving you generic copy-paste replies without ever addressing any issues.

Word of advice: if your employer requires you to use this app, run as fast as you can. This is a scam at this point.
