Awful and unusable
Downloaded the app via email link from clinic, failed to register the password on the account set up 3 times and got stuck on the window.
Closed and reopened but wouldn’t give me an option for account creation, only log in.
Deleted and redownloaded to rinse and repeat twice.
Called Medicann only to go to voicemail and waste credit on phone after a time.
All in all pretty useless, clunky and poorly built app obviously not ready for its roll out, so glad my healthcare and well-being is being tied to this 🤦♂️
Superb
The app works perfectly fine, your doctor will set you up with your email and you will just need to reset the password. Very hand and efficient. Incredible response to fix any details too.
