GUI for converting

I love this app and have used it a lot over the past year. Being able to download the music I listen to, since it isn’t available, is a huge deal for me.

However, I much preferred the previous user interface for audio extraction. I do like the accuracy that the current one gives, being able to go frame by frame, but it is a lot harder to find the video I’m looking for now from a recording I’ve done. I will often download 5 or more songs at a time, so having the whole video laid out is too much.

The GUI before showed freeze-frames from the video and allowed you to adjust the clip at each end. This was a lot more convenient for extracting multiple audio files from the same video. The only issue with the previous one was the precision, but adding the ability to adjust frame by frame like with the current layout but still having the rest of the interface the same would make it much easier to use.

I was wondering if there was a reason why this was changed and if you would consider adjusting the current layout. Either way, thank you for making this app!

Great little app, however…

First the great - it’s a great app and does what it says, and gives you many options of reformatting your videos or documents. So, from that side I cannot fault it it’s 5 stars. However…
I purchased this app ages ago, I think when the price for it was lower (that’s how long ago it was!), I paid for a 1-time lifetime purchase (the one that is currently £5.99) so usually you have this option of “restore purchase” upon restoring your purchase the ‘buy this app or subscribe to this app” options would disappear, however it is not the case here.
No matter how many times I did the “restore my purchase”, those buying options do not disappear. And what’s more annoying, the lifetime £5.99 shown as “bought” in tiny font on that “buy for £5.99” button, but when I accidentally clicked on it it nearly purchased it again. So, the app has it as a coded as an add-on within the app, rather than just an option that you should only be allowed to do once.
It rather annoying for all of the reasons already mentioned, but also since I already paid for the full version of the app - I don’t want to see the “buy or subscribe to the full version of the app”. It like if utility company kept sending you “overdue bills” when you always paid on time 🤷‍♂️ annoying.
Furthermore, I already contacted developers about it and they replied that they’d look in to it. This was 6-12 months ago. The annoying problem is still there.

FIX IT PLEASE!!!!

An absolute winner

I’ve only just used this app the last few minutes and I’m highly impressed! I must mention here, I’d tried and tested and rejected a couple of other apps prior to this, such as ‘Compress Video & Resize Video’, ‘Video Compressor’, and they’re not even close to doing the job but heavily push you to upgrade to premium version which isn’t reasonably priced either! This app, on the other hand, humbly gives away bundle of great features, such as removing audio, connecting to pc over Wi-Fi, some cool helps and tips. Being an ex developer and an IT veteran, I could immediately connect to the ethics of the developers and creator of this app. I’ll now go ahead and happily buy their premium version because they deserve it!
