Not enough surveys.
I’ve only started using this app just a couple of days ago and Already I can say it’s a great app and an easy way to earn extra points. The only problem is when I first joined up via the website I used to get a lot of surveys, but now I have the app I don’t get as much as I used to which is a shame. Some of the products are a bit high priced and would take me ages to collect a lot of points. But overall great app!! Would deffo recommend to friends & family.
Good stuff
Great way to earn some rewards whilst doing a survey. Love the fact it’s on my phone - easier than getting the laptop out.
My only grumble would be that I don’t seem to get so many surveys now compared to when I first started using Maximiles. More surveys would be great - I don’t even mind what they are about.
Avoid
Majority of surveys give a max of 350 points though most are nowhere near the max, to exchange the points for anything decent you will need at least 5,000 points. After doing every survey I received, in 2 years I managed to make 8 orders of products in exchange of points. 2 orders arrived within 2 weeks, 2 orders took nearly a month to arrive and the other 4 never arrived at all. The “customer service” is useless and a generous term. Avoid like the plague
