I love this game however it stopped working and after uninstalling and re installing I can no longer login via Facebook someone please help

Update

The recent update has wiped all my history and even when i log back into facebook it starts the game at level 1 when i was at level 86!?! Its a shame coz i was enjoying this game. Thanks for nothing...

If your character becomes level 0, or if the doubt is eliminated, try:
1. Open Menu-Setting-Options and check if the account is correct. If it is incorrect, please try to log in to the correct email again.
2. Open Menu-Setting-Server and check other servers, if your previous role exists, if so, please try to switch servers.
