Would be much improved if it retained your last basket so you can just amend that rather than having to search for everything from scratch each time.
App not working
App declined my payment stating I had timed out - this wasn’t the case and I did submit the verification code in time.
It wouldn’t allow me to re- enter my order, there was a timer that wasn’t going down.
I called to report and was not listened to, constantly being told it was my problem! Now missed my required delivery slot and wasted an hour!
Terrible experience
The search functionality is terrible.
Whilst it says same day deliveries before 2pm, I’ve never been able to get a delivery before 2pm even the next day.
