Chat with your subscribers everywhere. Join a conversation and answer questions, manage subscriber data (add Tags, subscribe to Sequences, add Custom Field Values, etc.)
1. LiveChat for each your bot
Be always in touch with subscribers of each of your bots.
2. Don't get bot notifications
You can hide messages sent by bot, this allows you to find all the messages sent by page admins.
3. Manage subscriber data
See user's information and manage Tags, subscribe and unsubscribe from Sequences, manage User Fields values, unsubscribe this user.
4. Pause Automation
Stop all bot messages while you communicate with your subscriber. As soon as you message them back, 30 minutes pause is activated and your subscriber will only receive manually sent messages from an admin for 30 minutes.
5. Assign conversation
Assign the conversation to yourself. You can track all the assignments.

Incredible
Many chat has literally transformed our social media time. We’ve been able to set up incredible automations on Instagram to help push sales without having to continually check our messages every two minutes.
The app is absolutely fantastic and super easy to use. Highly recommend.
Avoid get another APP
Talk about self-help! The APP might be ok but I can’t find out as I can’t use it due to the total absence of Customer Support! I have multiple Instagram accounts and ManyChats synced to the main one, I.e. the first Instagram account/page I set up! I now can’t remove that from the system even though I followed the self-help advice (all one sentence of it) which is incorrect as it doesn’t do what it says it will!
I tried to ask the community on ManyChats to find MANY people had the same problem but no one has ever answered them, so no solution there!!
I’m about to launch my business and stuck with a system I can’t do anything with and no human interaction to be had on how to move forward.
So I’m now reaching out in the review page- how do I remove the wrong account from my instagram account and sync it with the right one??? Please don’t tell me to search for it as the ‘suggestion’ on you site doesn’t work!
If you’re going to create an APP for business then you must make it 100% easy, workable AND have a line for customer care.

Be careful to learn the 24hr rule to avoid getting your Facebook page banned. Once I got this in my head I’ve used this chatbot to make thousands of pounds in sales
