A great addition to my routine
I love this app, been using it since it launched and although I took me a little while to get used to and some time to collect the images I wanted to use its so amazing for keeping my mindset on track.
The mind movies that can be tailored to your own needs along with the meditations are a powerful combo.
I love the reminders as it keeps me accountable and I feel like my brain is now habitually firing and wiring new thoughts so I’m creating new healthy habits for my mind and body each time I use it.
Nothing else quite like this
This is the app I knew I wanted but couldn’t quite visualise or explain! I love the feel and design of it and the tools are so helpful for keeping your mindset on point. I love getting my affirmations sent to me throughout the day and future feed is a vision board like no other. The movies are gorgeous and three minutes watching the ‘confidence’ just this morning one shifted me – can’t wait to make my own. 💜

The app that should be on everyone’s phone
I truly can’t recommend this app enough.
