Description
The Major Incident App (MIA) was created by Manchester Foundation Trust NHS and developed by Desap Enterprises Ltd. MIA is aimed at any personnel on an on-call / emergency roster for major incidents.
Uniquely designed and enabled with Critical Alert permissions, MIAs major elements include;
• Bypass silent and Do Not Disturb modes on users’ phone to ensure critical alerts are never missed
• The standard messaging feature for continued major incident communications
• Confirm your availability to attend and log your estimated time of arrival (ETA)
• Invitation only system
• Sleek in design and easy to use
Launched in 2020, the benefits of MIA include;
