Description

Matrix Telematics have over 20 years of experience in the telematics business, and specialise in finding, securing and recovering these valuable assets.
Using virtually undetectable technology, combined with a highly developed software platform, and a highly effective trained staff who can cover all of the UK 24 hours a day, we are able to achieve a very high recovery rate and hence lessen the pain for customers, both emotionally and financially.

For those struggling with temporary passwords that don’t work; you need to get the updated app called Trak+. Hope this is helpful.
Can’t login with password provided
Really frustrating. The Matrix IQ admin provided password doesn’t work. Tried requesting new password reset code several times and no email.
