Cant text my own friends only idols…
I love this app for talking to my chosen nct member but I added my own personal friend and we had conversations. After a few days the app went under maintenance and our chat has completely disappeared. Not only that but we cannot add each other as friends and communicate whatsoever which I am really upset and disappointed about. Our memories are gone just like that and on my friends list I only have the sm artists available. I know this is for the communication of fans with artists but also I do not understand why they got rid of the feature where you can text your own friends….
With no explanation at all this was a completely surprise making the situation worse!
There probably a bug??
I’m not sure if it’s happening for others but all the texts I’m sending disappear after I send them or after the artist has seen them and they come back like after two hours but all at once at the end of chat. I’m not sure whether my texts are getting sent through. Can you guys please check this problem out and fix it please.
Works fine
This app is very diverse, I’ve met many different kpop fans from all over the world and it’s fun. Personally, I’m from Europe and it logged in completely fine so I do not understand the other complains about it not working. I have joined plenty of group chats, made new friends and discussed my favourite girl and boy bands with a load of people who wanna do that too! It’s fun overall, except I haven’t been in the “bad side” yet? Apparently some boy bands are getting a lot hate, but I haven’t seen that because I’ve only had this app for a short time. Heck, I’ve already set up my profile too haha. Recommend it if you just want to talk to other kpop fans. Not really much else to do other than support idols, talk to people and make friends.
