Some information for the current day can also be viewed in the notification center.
To specify the location of interest either get the position from the built-in GPS or Wifi receiver or select a city from a database with over 400,000 cities in over 200 countries.

Does one thing and does it superbly
This app does one thing, but does it extremely well. if you're interested in when the sun or the moon go up and down, then this is the one to get. We have dogs & horses so knowing when daylight starts and stops is pretty essential. The month view is especially useful for planning. If your a photographer, that map mode is very useful as well. Thoroughly recommended!!

I have used LunaSolCalc for several years and have found it to perform consistently well. It is extremely comprehensive and accurate.

All the info you could want on the movements of the sun and moon, for your home location or anywhere in the world (including when the next eclipses are, how much longer the day will be at the solstice, etc), beautifully presented.
