Pricing in other countries may vary, and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on your country of residence.
Lumosity Mind subscriptions are charged through your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and period selected above unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lovely, welcoming app to use and not time consuming at all
As a very ... busy person, I think this is a great, easy to use app that is very open-plan and easy to navigate around. After just 3 sessions (one per day) I started to notice a difference in my behaviour -and a positive one too!- I think that anyone in need of a simple, yet effective mindfulness app should 100% use this one.
Helped me get rid of negative thoughts!
I have always been having anxiety episodes and depression due to overthinking and negative thoughts. With the help of Lumosity, I have slowly trained my mind to focus on things one at a time and set aside unnecessary negative thinking. So hlad I bumped into this App! It's now my favourite!
Why I say this is 4
I say that this is a 4 because the idea is amazing and i love it.
This would really help me.
But with one catch.
There are many podcasts that you can listen to of each topic, but out of all of them, you can only access one of them, you can access the rest of them if you pay.
And i find that this isn’t fair.
I know that there is this 3 day trial thing but i think that we should be able to access more podcasts.
Especially for those who financially unstable, these podcasts could help them, but they cant access most of it because they have to pay, which doesn’t help their situation.
So please do understand!
