I am a student and I use this app for my lectures. I record my teacher when she is teaching the lessom and listen to it at my home

Do not buy if you want something to boost the whole sound of your iPhone! Misleading

Be warned. Despite the description this app does NOT boost the full volume of your iPhone. I am hard of hearing so reading the description I thought this would boost my music library, audiobook, streaming apps etc. First it asks you for a subscription going by the reviews I thought it was a safe bet so I signed up for a year. However when I went in to the app it does not do what it makes out to do, it only boosts the volume it appears of mp3 files stored in your “my files” which I have absolutely no use for, I cancelled the subscription right away and requested a refund d via Apple stating this didn’t do what I was made to believe it would do. They declined my refund, I appealed it l, stating the description makes out it will boost the volume of my whole phone and apps and it doesn’t do that, they declined it again as a final decision. If you are wanting this app to boost the sound of your whole iPhone then do not download as it doesn’t do that, chances are Apple won’t refund you either. I’ve given 1 star because it’s the lowest I can give l would t give any if I could and I am disappointed with Apple as I cancelled and left a refund request straight away, the description is misleading and I think this should have qualified for a refund. I now have a year subscription for something I am never going to use. Very angry and veru disappointed.
