Description
The latest version of our mobile banking app makes it easier than ever to access your credit union accounts on the go.
It includes all the features you would expect, including:
• View latest balances on your membership, savings and loan accounts
• Transfer money instantly between credit union accounts
• Pay your bills or pay money to family, friends or another account you own
• View and manage your monthly salary deduction
• Securely message our support team
Mobile banking is available to any London Mutual member.
• If this is your first time using mobile banking, you will need to register as a first-time user the first time you install and open the app. This process confirms your ID and sets up your login details.
• If you used the previous version of the app, simply log in using the same log in details, or use the ‘Lost your login details’ link on the sign in screen.
What do I need to register?
To register for the first time, you will need to be able to receive a text on the mobile number you gave us when you joined the Credit Union. You will also need:
• Your Member Number – included on your welcome letter
• Your National Insurance number

Rubbish App
Still trying to log in to London mutual new App, I’ve been with them for years same password etc, new App comes along I can’t log in phoned up and emailed the support team MJ not saying your full name I did what you told me to try, I downloaded the App again and guess what still can’t log in when I put in My Birth D in and go to continue it comes off ? I do know my own date of birth . A message then comes up at the top saying- Internal error contact stystem administrator. I sent a email explaining this to the support team to MJ who sent the email and who I spoke to on the phone explaining how to log in that was over 2, weeks ago, I have not received a email back or phone call regarding this problem.
I have deleted your rubbish App. Very disappointed customer .ps rate from me is 0

Hi PManole,
I am sorry you have had problems logging into the new version of our app, and that your experience with our support team on email and by phone was less than satisfactory. We have had had extra staff available during the upgrade, but things have still been much busier than normal, and so there have been some delays.
I would be keen to personally make sure we fix this for you, but to do that, I need to look up your account to investigate for you. If you would be willing for me to do this, please email feedback@creditunion.co.uk with your member number. I will look out for your email, and as soon as we have it, will get to work to ensure you have access.
My apologies that well fell short on this occasion.
Still taking money from me
Absolutely terrible service, I “closed” my account at the start of the year, but there is still money being taken from my monthly wage, and the best thing is, I can’t even get into my account because it’s locked and closed the worst credit Union, disgusting customer service, terrible all round, wouldn’t recommend at all
Not happy
Why is London Mutual system so hard to set up???? This is the same rubbish when I tried to setup online banking I gave up in the end. Now it’s the same thing with the app. Filled out the form and as usual with LM there is a problem “contact System Operator” it’s telling me. Why is nothing ever straight forward with you guys at LM I suggest you get grown ups to manage the online system. I now have to go back to the bank.
