- Tenant Management: Lofti created an easy way to onboard and nurture the relationship with your tenants. From tenant referencing to dedicated group chats, you are finally able to it in one place. No more emails, texts, WhatsApp messaging! Just manage your tenants with Lofti.

- Maintenance issues: How do you now when a leak appears? By reading a horrified message from your tenant? After, it’s a hassle to find a contractor, book an appointment and get things done. Well, Lofti handles it all. Your tenant reports an issue, the Lofti team selects the right contractor and ask for your approval. You get notified when the job is done!

- Tenancy Agreements: we know that creating and finding the right tenancy agreement is hard. Once you have it, you must fill out again all your details and in the best case scenario you won’t have to chase the tenant to sign it. With Lofti's app you are able to input all your property data ONCE, we get your back! From pdf generation directly in the app to e-signature of the tenancy agreement, you get notified all along the way.
