The driver Zafran was very polit friendly and chatted he had excellent customer service skills very pleasant ty pal
App is rubbish
The app needs improvements, you book at taxi for a certain time and it come up to 20 mins late, it’s not the drivers fault it’s the staff in the office that’s to blame, the app needs improving it puts different location to where you are and if you change it the app still does as it likes, so you still have to ring them
