Update
It keeps asking me to update but there is nothing that needs updating as I am on the latest version and there is no update icon to press , have uninstalled and installed but that has not helped have also turned my device off and on again still it asks me to update
Great customer service
I had a problem with the game. So i got in touch with the developers and we talked about the problem, at one stage i was going to delete the game. But after talking the problem was solved very quickly through facebook messenger. I am now very happy and will carry on playing this game as i find it relaxing,
If you ever have a problem they will do their best to sort it out.
I highly recommend this game. So that’s why they get 5 stars from me.
Update crash
Hi guys, the game updated on my phone overnight ( I am in the UK ) and since then I haven’t been able to log into the game, the loading page gets to 32% and then a technical error message pops up asking to reload the game, I have even restarted my phone ( iPhone 7plus ) and still the same message pops up, please help, will leave it til later in the day and hopefully it should kick in
