Got worse
I can’t log in anymore when I’m on my WiFi. There’s some setting in my router that it doesn’t like so I can’t log in. When you contact customer support, they just think you’re tricking them because on their end their system says you’re using a VPN. One of the agent even said “where are you really?”. Completely paranoid team and unhelpful, so obsessed with customers not using a VPN that they won’t help you; now I can’t actually use this app unless I used my data. I guess I’ll just cancel my subscription. This app is bound to disappear. I can’t imagine it having many subscribers in the UK and willing/existing subscribers can’t watch it because of their paranoid approach. You had to turn off iCloud private relay. Now I have no idea what I need to turn off to log in
I’m not using a VPN!
Stop saying I’m using a VPN when I’m not. And release an Apple TV app. Cancelled straight away because this is ridiculously bad in this state.
My Ligue 1
Great app and great deal to watch the games. Only think which is too bad is the Saturday 4pm game cannot be broadcast in the UK due to the 3pm blackout law. Otherwise, great app, great content and excellent commentators.
