Absolutely brilliant staff and managers

My name is Gavin. I have autism and ADHD. I have struggled all my life when it comes to shopping and just general things in shopping getting nervous not knowing what to get. Always picking the wrong things. I moved to Nottingham 2 1/2 years ago, roughly I was shopping at another store and was not satisfied so I started shopping at lidl almost instantly met brilliant staff who helped me not only directed me to the products I was for they showed me different items in the shop that would be much better and they worked out a lot better for me every time I come into the store I meet staff who are always very helpful, kind considerate and caring. I also love the app where I get my free food from the bakery. I would recommend anyone shop at Lidl the staff are amazing very helpful Manages are too I have recommend all my friends and family to shop there because of how kind and courteous they are towards me thank you very much. Every staff member in the shop and the managers your sincerely Gavin.

In the middle

I shop a lot in Lidl Pinner as the staff are great and everything’s well stocked but Lidl in the middle lets me down every time I go there. If I see something that I like and want I don’t go there as I’ve missed out so many times.
I go out of my way to South Ruislip to try to get it and always so much of everything. Compared to a shopping experience Pinner wins by a mile as South Ruislip as a shopping experience I would struggle to give it a star. I’ve walked out a few times as it’s just dark, dreary and the way stock it thrown on shelves in boxes reminds me of being in a pound shop or a warehouse shop. Staff in Pinner are helpful and polite but South Ruislip you are lucky to get a yes or no. I understand shops are different sizes but to have an area for the amazing bargains but don’t utilise it. I’ve been going there for roughly 8 years and screwdrivers, bits for drills etc have been the same since I started going and take over an awful lot of space compared to toys, clothes etc. it’s a busy shop and I understand “when it’s gone it’s gone” but it could be gone in less than an hour if 5 people buy them, Sorry if I sound like I’m moaning but with a 2 and 4 year old And unable to drive to get to shop and everything gone within an hour it’s a pain.

Assistant not doing her job properly!

Today I was shopping in Lidl in Finchfield Wolverhampton where I shop every single week and spend a lot of money in the store the assistant did not ask me for my Lidl Plus card and as I given over money I then said to her you haven’t asked for my card and her attitude was well. I’ve put it through the till now and I said yes okay but you haven’t put my points on or deducted my vouchers that I’ve saved for this weeks shopping and her attitude was well. I’ve put it through now. Not I’m so so sorry which would’ve gone down much better with me, then just dismissing it as though it was nothing so eventually she called for the manager who I might add had a right attitude on him today as well When I questioned it, his face told 1000 stories. Oh my God, another complainer which I am not just very annoyed regarding this transaction, so I asked if there was anything else he could do. Yes I can put all your shopping through again. He said ! unfortunately, I would have made him do it just for self-satisfaction for his attitude, but I had to be somewhere else in 10 minutes time and I haven’t got the time to stop and do it just found this rather annoying even the guy behind me outside the store commented about the managers attitude and facial expressions because I apologised to them for holding them up in the queue while I was debating about this transaction! Not very happy about this!
