Good vacuum, terrible app!
The device is great and does a god job - this app is rubbish. Can’t set rooms, areas settings are glitchy. Chinese warnings pop up in English language settings. And cannot set schedules as the confirmation button doesn’t show within the screen area. Sort it out !
Bad instructions
The app is not helping at all and there is less instructions as well which made it harder to follow
T1 cleaner with tower
I am delighted with the Vacuum cleaner.
The App looks great and works but I can’t schedule any cleans on the app.
Instead have had to link to Alexa through TuyaSmart to schedule routines.
Please fix this ASAP as this is a basic requirement for the app.
Also appears can you write the code so the app works with Alexa / Google instead of having to choose between the T1 app or Alex/ Google AI. This would make this product outstanding.
Alexa support could also be enhanced for more voice commands to clean zones like other Vacuum cleaner skills.
Please put in a few hours to do the coding for this.
Also the app says update available and then when you select to update it won’t let you. Again this is a basic requirement for an app to be able to recognise updates available and then to be able to upgrade to them.
