I have been sending money to my family in Africa many years through various electronic money transfer before your company then Lemonade, but now Lemffy was introduced to me by a friend few years back. I must confess that, non had ever been more reliable, prompt and efficient and free of charge as lemffy. Many other electronic money transfer companies had either been introduced to me or find their ways into my email address, but, I decided and still prefer to stay with Lemffy , because, in addition to the values mentioned above, the quick response to phone calls and quick and prompt action taken to rectify any issue is second to none. I’ve introduced Lemffy to many friends.

Rubbish app and ridiculous service
Since its name was changed from lemonade to LemFi it has become the worst money transfer app ever. At first your money can take ages to be in the recipient account, then failed transaction for nearly a week. Their Customer care is also rubbish. They won’t reply emails until you call them. My email was not replied until I called them 48h later.
I have to download the app on my wife’s account before I could move the money on the wallet back to my UK account because they money could not be sent internationally.
I have now deleted the app and won’t recommend anyone to download it until radical changes are made about the services they provide.
Efficiency and reliability
I must confess that I am very comfortable with your services and so trusted your company that I can transfer five thousand pounds without any fear. I have been with you guys for about two years now and have never a time I made any transfer and there was any issue. I always have my transfer done speedily and accurately delivered. Another good thing about your company is that, when compared with others, is the none service charge that have endeared me to remain loyal to your company and always recommend you to my friends.
Please, keep the good work and continue to maintain your status-quo and your company will be a household name in the electronics financial businesses.
