Amazing ... but don’t imagine you’ll have any hair left at the end of it!!

I’m only halfway through, but already I know it’s the most challenging game of it’s free kind that I’ve come across. You have to be patient , you have to be determined, and most of all you have to expect the unexpected at almost every turn .. if you’re looking for a game that always has logical moves then look elsewhere! It’ll drive you to distraction, but then somehow you’ll move on, utter a sigh of relief, then run headlong into another brick wall! The graphics are pretty good, but the imaginative prowess of the games’ creator takes the biscuit - and you’ll need plenty of those, and tea, and peace and quiet ... just to stay sane!

Enjoyable but . .

I love a good puzzle and these games provide plenty. The graphics are good quality and movement is pretty good. Dave has a fantastic imagination. I think he might imagine that we somehow intuitively know what the outcome of a puzzle is meant to be, even though there is sometimes no indication of this. Therefore I would suggest that a few discreet clues would make these games flow better and provide a more satisfying experience for the player. Once you know what is required it doesn’t make the puzzle necessarily any easier . . but at least you know what you’re trying to achieve. I would definitely have given up without the walkthroughs, a link for which is given in the menu (but sometimes the movements are too fast to catch what is being done). I think I’m pretty smart and play a lot of these games (favourite being The Room and Rusy Lake games) and I think the Legacy suite, if any more are to be added, could do with being just that little bit more helpful.

Very taxing!

This is the most difficult game of this type that I have played. The puzzles are often very difficult to solve and take a lot of time and effort to determine. If you have a lot of patience and time and you enjoy a real challenge, then I reckon you will really enjoy this game. If you’re not this type of person, you may find this game to be a little bit frustrating.
The graphics are good and overall I enjoyed the game, but the navigation is a bit clunky at times and it did irritate me on more than one occasion. It is not a major issue, but it could be a little bit better.
Having said all of the above, I have still given it a 4 as it is a quality game. It would have been five if the navigation worked slightly better and the puzzles were just a little bit easier.
