Lefun Health 4+

I have seen the comments others have pit and just an FYI: Don’t connect your phone directly to the watch itself you need to do it through the app, otherwise the app can’t connect to the watch. Also, mine kept saying it needed an “update”, just turn your phone off and on again. Seemed to work for me. I currently haven’t had any problems, considering the price it does what I want very well: tells the time and reads steps
For me. Perfect. There are most likely better models I am sure but not as competitive with pricing etc. Great little watch so far.....

For the basic the app works fine , counts the steps , tells the time and text notifications. However, the heart rate monitor not great maximum it shows is 80 when using gym equipment and that show 100+ bpm. Also, the sports feature doesn’t work. It was main reason for buying the watch and it’s really disappointing. The watch gives you the option of the following sports “run, badminton,climb and finally ride” narrow selection in the sports options, but, hay ho a few more options would have been better. However, the watch feature itself works perfectly fine but, it doesn’t sync with app, and therefore, can’t view your sports history. Kinda pointless really watch work app doesn’t. Use the sport feature on “Lefun Health”. It does nothing except change the countdown settings. Again, pointless because that feature doesn’t work and doesn’t countdown. so tried down loading “Lefun Wear” exactly the same app but the sport feature works but doesn’t sync with the watch again pointless. The feast of the features in the “Lefun Wear” not so accurate, the sleep function not that great. I don’t really see the purpose of the second app to be quite honest. These glitches are so annoying and it’s a shame really otherwise it works. The other frustrating thing is that you can’t delete your history so it chews up your memory, it doesn’t link to IOS health app which I thought it would. If they fixed these few glitches it would be a good app.

READ SECOND HALF OF THIS REVIEW

In the main THE WRISTBAND works ok but THE APP is not so good if constantly changing WiFi situations, although this is not logical as the wristband connection to App is via Bluetooth.
The really confusing bit is that after about two days of use the calendar date in the App seems to stick at the previous day. This means if you wish to view the App for the todays date it is impossible. The band records the correct date but the app always shows the previous day even if you try to synchronise manually. NOT GOOD.
UPDATE
After this initial review I thought things must have been addressed as three days later the calendar seemed to change correctly, BUT THEN AN UPDATE CAME THROUGH AUTOMATICALLY. The screen blanked out momentarily and then settled. It was after this that the Bluetooth transmitter from the wrist band has now been compromised and although found on the phones and in the app, it can no longer be Paired on any phone rendering the wrist band useless insofar as being able to record readings.
Is this because I wrote a critical initial review and the Chinese do not like that, so sent a virus or damaging signal to the wrist band so that it will no longer work, out of spite!!!! ?
Bargain outlet who supplied the watch do not seem interested either, as I have had no replies from my emails.
BE CAREFUL AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
