*Not all remote control tones are supported by every Lectronsonics device.
Lectrosonics® SM transmitters must be configured to accept remote control tones. Hold down arrow while turning on the transmitter. Then select "rc on". The original SM requires firmware version 1.5 (released 12/05) to respond to the remote. The firmware version number appears upon turning on the unit. Any tones properly received but not supported will be met with "---------" response on the transmitter screen.

A great tool
I'm a recent Lectrosonics convert (previously used Audio Ltd radiomics and Sennheiser IEM's) and I must admit that I thought I couldn't be happier with them until LectroRM arrived. I didn't consider the £600 remote from Lectrosonics (even though it is made very well) but now you don't have too! The app works very well and I've been using it during filming already. Following my purchase I contacted the developer with some ideas and comments which were taken onboard (thanks again for adding the Block 606 frequencies!). Great customer service and I look forward to trying out some of the exciting features planned for the app. Put simply, it works!
Terrible app
Absolutely shocking app doesn’t work don’t download don’t waste your money
Time saver
Downloaded this and freqfinder at the same time, and was using both successfully within minutes. Indispensible in my opinion. Any professional sound recordist using SM transmitters will love this app. I will be using this every day without fail.
