The best new writing app for a long time
I have been searching like an app like this for a long time -- which mirrors how I would like to work. This takes the best ideas of Scrivener, and markdown writing apps like Obsidian, and takes them quite a bit further. Outlines can be produced -- either in list form or mindmaps and then converted to text snippets. Short notes can be written anywhere (on the side of the page, or as seperate notes) and then dragged onto the main text. Drag and drop capabilities really make this a better app than Scrivenner. Scrivener's failure to embrace -- or even allow -- editing in markdown annoyed me. The use of Markdown means that writing and formatting are *really* seperate tasks. A *lot* of thought has gone into this app. Latest updates -- allowing dragging content into other apps -- suggest an active, and thoughtful, development process.

Thanks for your so wonderful comment, it lets us very pleased and pride
Really, really interesting
This app is turning into a really powerful writing tool as the features become more and more integrated. Cards were always a good idea, but earlier versions didn't handle them particularly well – now they're a crucial part of the writing workflow. Similarly, the automatic formatting is extraordinarily convenient (and easy). I find myself using Lattics more and more as I think through and finalise articles and papers. Very encouraging to see such steady development efforts, too!

Hi, please update to the new version, Lattics have offered the Tag Management features, that would be very helpful for you :)
Good but niggles with basic things.
Theoretically the drag-and-drop of cards to compose a document is very useful. Same for the structure as a list in the sidebar.
But the reality is a bit fiddly - if you're using multiple cards to create a bulleted list, then you find yourself occasionally with unexpected nested bullets, having to hit delete several times to fix the bullet alignment, etc.
Also I can't see any way to always show the entire text of the card by default after dragging into a document - always get a truncted 'citation' which is then have to click again to select to show the whole text.
But perhaps the most annoying niggle of all is the margins - as you expand or shrink the window or sidebars, the text wraps onto the next line at a different point, so it's impossible ot see what the final PDF or printed version will look like, unless you keep tapping export to see the preview. Additionally, despite setting the same size for left and right margins, when exporting to PDF, the right margin always appears larger than the left, and word splitting across lines never changes even if i shrink it to almost zero.
