Landlord - Estate Trading Game 4+

I have been playing this game for a while now and it’s just great I hate games that aren’t really giving you the simulation of what you want but landlord does that with me I literally download 10 games of the same type on my device. I spend 30 minutes even up to a few days playing those 10 games to find the winner out those 10 games from that category I’m going to play, now I’ve played a lot of Landlord games because they’re fun I able to buy the house which I live in etc. when I did that test with this game two years ago I compared it against 25 other games and at the time this one didn’t have that good reviews however, ever since I’ve been playing this one because it won I have played once just came out before this review as well. This game still beats it a mile because of how good it is, I can’t wait for this to come out on PC because it’s a great game it’s free and it’s not really got that many ads in when it does I will edit this review. Also if you wanna buy things in this game and spend real money what it gives you is actually good and decent and I like to see that from the developers because they need money to help the game carry on getting better to support it so now I also like that they are giving us decent things in the game for spending our own real money on it 10 out of 10 if I could pick one game this will be itso you guys wait for my next review peace out 10 out of 10

This is a must for those of us whom enjoy making money and like games that seem the most realistic!!

I think it's great. You can purchase shares of properties and parcels of land. Most places listed are actual places some even in your community. You can invest in the gas station you get your gas from!

Or the lake on which you live! The firework stand that opens before Independence Day and New Years! It all your choice. You can pick what type of business(es) and location(s) you purchase. You can purchase property(s) in you city, town, or maybe go ahead and buy the shares or the whole city (town) itself. It's your choice to the way you invest and Regardless the amount of money you have you can break down business into tenths (0.1%) so there will be plenty of properties to invest. Choose your path and list your items on the marketplace where everyone can see them them make bids! There is a set time properties remain up for bidding (Auction), although it is worth the wait to save the 10% tax break the bank charges! There are numerous upgrades to install. Such as sidewalks, water fountains, music, live music, WiFi, restaurants in your owned city's, and there is so much more!!! It takes time to make money and level up, but once the money starts flowing, your portfolio will have potential to fill quickly with smart buys and investments
