Not processing PDFs correctly anymore
I use this to print 4x6 Royal Mail shipping labels from my iPad. It’s worked fine for over a year but there has been some sort of update recently where the PDF isn’t processing correctly and labels are being cut off in printing even when all the settings looks correct for what I need to do. I’ve wasted a number of (not cheap) labels trying to figure out what to change in the settings and have given up. Before it was quick and direct, but I now have to connect my printer directly to a laptop which defeats the point of having bought one which would work via Bluetooth with my iPad. Please fix this!
Printer won’t even connect
I’ve been trying to connect to this printer for about a month now. The printer works perfectly fine on the computer, the app however does not want to connect to it. The bluetooth is on, the device is also recognised, yet it still doesn’t work. I have tried to factory reset, unplug and plug back in multiple times and followed all advice yet it only connected once and disconnected the next day. not sure what’s going on atp.
Been good but last update broke it
Have been very happy with this and have pushed in excess of a thousand labels through my machine however since the update a few days ago it isn’t feeding through to the gap correctly. Everything is clean and tidy on the machine, labels have been the same for the entire time of use but since the update i have to realign the labels every two or three prints. Update seems to have knocked off the gap recognition.
