We are a financial co-operative owned and controlled by our members, we offer affordable loans and safe savings for the people of Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton & West Lancashire.
Members can now access Knowsley Mutual Credit Unions’ services from our mobile app.
Existing members can quickly verify they are the account holder and sign in.
Using fingerprint or pin login, users can access balance information, apply for a share withdrawal or loan, check for the result of applications and upload documents as required.

Great app, so easy to use, great for viewing my balance!!
Does not work
Multiple issues within this app: cannot click onto some of the options, drop down options are missing and the information about your accounts and balances does not match what you have. You cannot actually do anything in this App that it advertises.
Not great
Telling me my details are wrong but I login with the same details online. Don’t know what the issue is or why this is going wrong.
