Solar Forcaster

Interesting app that I’m using to see whether I can justify getting PV panels and a home battery system.

It has the most detailed data that I have seen on any solar forecasting app but it let down by the fact that it does not require you to input your tilt angle and direction that the panels face eg 180 degrees.

It’s giving me far more optimistic readings compared to other apps that do require tilt and direction so I think it will be interesting to see how accurate these readings are when my PV panels arrive.

But please set fixed monthly/yearly price all this credits used for an update is unclear and expensive- deleted app

We are in the process of releasing an update that changes the current package and subscription offering by making it easier to update estimates.
There will be only one subscription with no usage limit regarding the updating of estimates. We hope you can use Kilowatt again.
