A great app that sets a brilliant example for young women

I’ve been using this app for about 2 years and it’s really brilliant. The girls are super positive and set a great example to their audience in their messaging around mindset, health & body positivity. The workouts are a nice length and great for all abilities.

It’s so great that they’ve added an equipment free bit during the Corona pandemic when we don’t have access to gym - life saver! And the wellness hub is a great addition that is missing from many competitor programmes.

Whenever I’ve tried the recipes they’ve been delicious.

The community Facebook group is worth a mention too - it’s super positive & a nice example of how everyone should be behaving online.

Oh and I’ve been enjoying the podcast a lot too!

The only thing I would say is that some gags in the workouts get replayed a bit (!) 😂 and when this pandemic is over it would be great to have some more generic content workout content filmed, as well as more variations in warm downs. But that’s such a minor thing.

The best in health & fitness apps!

I have been using the KIC app for literally YEARS. I use it on a daily basis for meditations first thing in the morning, followed by a workout which is currently a KICFIT gym workout and then I use the recipes on the app at least 4 times a week. I love the layout of the app which makes it very easy to use. I love the variety in recipes and how easy they are to make. My favourite part of the app is the huge range of workouts available; I love to keep mixing up my workout styles so this is perfect for me! I recommend this app to all of my friends wanting to live a healthy and balanced and FUN lifestyle!

Best fitness and wellness app

Wow I’ve only just downloaded this last night but it’s amazing. The content is great. It’s easy to use and it has so many features. There’s loads of great and different workouts which are really easy to follow. There’s meditation, recipes, podcasts, trackers...basically everything you need to live a healthy lifestyle. Laura and Steph and their team have clearly worked incredibly hard on creating an A* app. Very, very impressed!!
