Good daily baking app. Useless trading app.
Easy to use banking app.
Trading app marred by the hundreds of hoops one must jump through just to place an order including an
examination on your trading and investment knowledge before any order may be placed. A market order to buy one share in any company was impossible ( I tried many times for years). Instead I moved to one of the many fintech platforms catering to retail investors.
Keytrade telephone support doesn't exist, because nobody has ever answered the phone.
Bad customer support, bad app
Steer clear - customer support is slow to respond and slow to resolve issues.
The app is riddled with bugs, and not intuitive.
App currently not working
Fed up with promises to fix over email that have not been resolved in three weeks.
