Replaced old app and lost functionality
This used to be the Bigasuo app that we used for our baby camera. Unfortunately, the developers have replaced it with a completely different app that does not work with our baby camera. Unfortunately, our old app auto updated to this and the camera is now useless. Real poor show. Avoid this company at all costs, as they’ll move on to a new product and not only stop support but remove the app entirely.
Where has BGS babycam gone?!
App has auto updated and I can no longer access my sons camera!!! Extremely poor, no prior notification from the company - looks like you’re selling doorbell cameras now and just re-adjusted the app and completely left all the baby camera customers without any way to access their paid for technology!! Not happy.

Hi ! We have two of your cameras . The first one was bought with the tablet .
But the tablet is broke and now we can’t connect the cameras to our phones (we used to connect it using the settings in the tablet ) is there another option that isn’t the wifi ?
