Fantastic VPN service

When I bought this a part of an lifetime deal I thought the company would eventually stop operating. Over 2 years later this company has continued to excell always keeping the platform updated and exceptional customer service. I don't know why people go for other subscription based VPN £30 for life for 5 devices you can't beat that.

The customer service experience is one of the best I have had for a medium sized company, anything I asked for they have delivered, for example I wanted the manual settings for configuring my windows PC instead of using the app. Got a reply wiall the relevant information I needed not a badgering email insisting I have to use their app. It feel like your actually talking to a human and not a robot. But all in all best VPN service and only VPN service I have used thays how good it is.

Revised feedback .

I have bought 3 months subscription prior buying life time package .
I am happy as it saved me £200.
Unreliable service , simply glitch couldn’t be resolved .
I will explain what actually happened.
When I bought this vpn I had no account with the app provider .
So I created an account without hassle .
Later to use this app for all my other devices I simply tried to restore my purchase . It didn’t work. I contacted help desk . They said that once they will have my original proof of purchase from Apple they will add up all manually to my account .

This is simply to make other potential clients aware and consider to search for better Vpn provider .
I am glad I didn’t purchase life time subscription.
However my purchase is restored eventually and added manually as promised that is why I revised my negative feedback and give 3 stars.
5 stars I understand is deserved by superb service and if operators revising feedbacks will properly study the matter without rude response .

Secondly, in order to use the paid subscription on several different devices you do need to create an account. This way you'll be able to log in VPN Unlimited app on your devices using these credentials.
