Simple, intuitive and well designed to accommodate any learner from beginner-up, though bare in mind this app is to help encourage long-term memory of the hiragana and katakana characters used to read and write in Japanese, Giving the user the ability not only to begin reading and writing in both but also enables them to move on to study the many Kanji characters used in addition to create more complex text.

One thing I found beneficial about this particular app is the ability to pace and test yourself at any given opportunity - Mastered Hiragana and now use the katakana table daily to test my memory.

Excellent app for learning Kana

I’ve learned the basic Hiragana alphabet in a matter of hours, and I expect Katakana will take the same amount of time.

The app is very basic, but so effective because it reinforces your learning through kinaesthetic repetition.

The only things that could make this app better would be the addition of Kanji and the ability to draw on the screen to learn the stroke order of each character, but as a learning app just for Kana it’s magnificent.

Simple and easy nothing fancy

It doesn’t have anything special just both charts which is all you need and some quizzing features.
It has a good aesthetic and is satisfying to use.
took me a week to learn the hiragana and this was exactly what I needed.
