Seems funs But!

Downloaded this game for my daughter yesterday.
but I cant find any instructions on how to play the game and when we finish there does not appear to be any way of shutting it down without shutting down the computer!. There is literally no off button.
i'm using it on a MAC running Big Sur 11.6
