Jigsaw Box Puzzles 4+

I have been using this App for several years. Earlier this year during lockdown, I had problems downloading new puzzles, all the pictures of the puzzles were blank and various other problems, I emailed the staff at Sparkle Apps and did not even expect a reply, I was proven wrong, they persevered over several weeks, sending me emails of different things I could try, updates on what they were doing to try and fix the App. Eventually bingo and it was sorted, they gave me some free puzzles as I had problems over a period of time.
I tried other puzzle apps, but could not get on with them.
I want to say a big Thankyou to the staff in sorting this problem for me.

I’ve used this app for a while on my iPad and often buy a reduced pack of puzzles for 0.99. I went to do so on a Wednesday and when it went to the payment confirmation screen it was 1.99 that Apple would charge me.
I reported the problem and got an email back saying this had never happened before so I sent a screen shot. The following day the lady replied saying that it was because it was last weeks offer and that they change on Monday so if I hadn’t closed the app or I had slow WiFi (two day slow WiFi!) that’s what had happened. Seems funny that the puzzle pack disappeared right after my first email.
I’m disappointed in the email I received as I know it’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle. No offer of having this pack for free or even a thank you for letting them know or an apology!

I have been using this app for about 5 years now. There is always a great selection of beautiful new puzzle packs to choose from, free ones at least once a month and the option to make jigsaws from your own photos.
It is easy to use and now has some great additional features, such as the ability to organise your puzzle packs into folders. Brilliant when you have a lot of packs!
The other thing that makes this app great is the outstanding customer service. Queries are always replied to very quickly and no problem is left unresolved. Excellent.
