Remote management not working
I cannot deactivate the handle as ‘use as a normal handle’ remotely even someone is touching the handle
Works well except
Update: inviting other users via email now works👍
The lock/app works well except the ability to invite others via email that doesn’t work.
Forgot my pin for the app and there is no way to rest this
I have forgot my pin for the app Janus locks, and their is no way to reset this via the app and no email to contact either. Now can’t get into my living room.
