Description

Appearing deceptively peaceful to the casual passerby, a mysterious island exists in the far reaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The inhabitants know not how they got there or why they stay; all they’re sure of is that the place in which they are trapped is called Isoland.

You are a researcher who has received a letter from a friend imploring you to help with an investigation on Isoland. You travel to the mysterious island, seeking to unravel its mysteries -- but after you arrive, you realize all too late that you, too, are now trapped. Beware of being lulled into complacency by the beauty of the island: Use your wits to avoid being tricked, and unravel the logic behind complex puzzles. Only then will the secrets of Isoland be revealed.

Excellent!

I have played this before (and the others) but this time I realised that there was so much more if you finish the game and then play again. Thoroughly enjoyable and not easy! Couldn’t have completed it without watching a walkthrough though. Just about to play the others again to see what I missed :-)

Great price for 2 rounds

You have to play the game through twice for the full game (yes, finish, then select new game and continue for added puzzles and the ending), but I kind of liked this. Some of the puzzles seem a bit tenuous which can be frustrating occasionally but overall it has nice artwork and a good level of challenge for the avid puzzle solver.

Great up to impasse

Have seemingly got to ‘end’ and been taken back to main menu. But with redbox puzzle still not done. Achievements tells me I have things not complete. Cannot fathom it. Videos online show a different version and I cannot work out why I can’t see certain things / rooms in order to complete. No hints available as seem to gotten to end. Total impass and disappointing. Great looks and feel up to here though.
