The software is bad but basic enough to not be a big issue. However it seems like the actual devices have two different versions, one of which doesn’t let the anti lost function (an alarm going off any time it loses a constant Bluetooth connection, which happens a lot and is extremely annoying) be disabled. As it’s impossible to tell whether your one can disable that function or not it’s not worth the bother of getting.

The first keyring I got which was able to disable that option was a bargain. The second is annoying to the point of being useless.

It’s ok for basic things like putting on ur keys and then u can find them, or if u lost ur phone you can click it twice and your phone will alarm, there was miss leading images in the packaging for using it on ur pet or child, my concern with using it for a child is that it keeps bleeping, so if for example you child ran of and someone took them, then they would know there’s a device on them from the bleeping, Iknow it’s not something g we like to think of but it can happen, and peace of mind gives us reassurance kids can run off, I would need to buy a more expensive one for this to be used with a child, but for lost keys etc it’s does the job, u can turn it of by holding it in until u hear 3 bleeps, then turn and on is two bleeps, you can set quiet modes like 11:30 pm to 7am sleep mode so it doesn’t make a sound, but if I have it on an go upstairs with my phone, it just continuously bleeps until I click it. It seems to work better with more modern phones I use iPhone 7 and it’s fine, it does show my location, I am yet to try it outdoors to see how it works.

I have just purchased 4 of these . Albeit I have set all up with new names and photos and connected to my Bluetooth I can’t connect to my Google maps. It won’t record anything and I can’t see where my tags are? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I bought these initially to tag my suitcase when I go away but as it stands I minght as well leave the tags at home. Oh and the settings button on the app doesn’t work
