The App is a Failure
It works for me the first and second but the third time was a failure. It said on the app screen that the transaction was failed. So i did the transaction again. After 2 mins, i received an email confirming the 2 transactions was successfully done. I immediately rang and coordinated the issue to the CSR thru whats app messaging. They did process the first transaction but keep on hold the second one. This happened at the 2nd week of lockdown due to pandemic, and what happened was they stuck me in an inconsiderate requirements to get my refund. It’s very unfortunate on my part but they didn’t do their part to help me as their customer. The common protocol this that they said but no action has made. I have to wait for a month to reflect the deduction in my bank statements wherein I already sent them screen shots of the amount deducted in my bank acct. I also need money esp I just gave birth, on maternity leave from work but they didnt make me feel assisted with the issue. So in leu with this, and after this will be resolve, am out! Never trust the APP.
