Needs improvement - show how many available points there are
Somewhat useful app to see where the Ionity charge points are located, but you have to faff around and select the location to see how many charge points are currently available.
At least the Tesla app gives the info so you can tell if it’s worth going to a particular site or not.
Can’t give it any more stars as to me, this is basic functionality.
Suggestion
Nothing wrong with the app but a suggestion to make life easier for someone like me who is required to submit invoices to my company for expense purposes. Add the ability to create 1 invoice/receipt with the ability to include multiple charge sessions. This is a feature with the InstaVolt app and works perfectly.
Completely bug ridden app
What can I say about the app except that Ionity need new people in to sort it out.
I am simply trying to open an account; it should be simple and the very basic part of any app to get right. But no.
On an iPhone, I couldn’t put in my surname, the cursor wouldn’t go there.
On an iPad, I couldn’t get to the part of that basic screen by putting in my name but it wouldn’t accept the address. However I configured it, it said that wrong information had been inserted.
And that was that.
Spoke to customer services and was told that they knew the app was bug ridden and hope to get a new edition out in March and no, he couldn’t put my address in the system if I gave it to him over the phone.
End result. It’s impossible to open an account with Ionity until they sort their app.
One star review is probably over the top but there’s no option for no stars.
